We stipulate 10 to 14 working days on all orders – this is to cover ourselves if items are delayed.
If you wish to return any item purchased, details of the return procedure, terms and conditions, are below:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In all cases of return, as we offer free delivery on all our products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return, unless damaged/defective.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). As this is a Worldpay online payment system, refunds can take up to 14 working days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If returning an item to the showroom due to change of mind, a credit note will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you are just returning as you no longer want the item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was defective.
