Original Oil Painting – ‘Farm Hands At Work’ By Noel Ripley
Noel Ripley was born in 194 4, near High Wycombe. His family moved to East Anglia during the 1950’s and Noel Ripley worked initially as a design engineer.
Noel has always had a great love of painting and in the late 70s he studied fine art restoration with a particular interest in the Dutch and British schools of 19th century painting.
Noel Ripley has painted professionally since 1982, in a traditional manner which captures the charm of the 19th century landscape.
The work of Noel Ripley can be found in collections both at home and abroad.
